45. Yrs. Old young lady a known case of hypertension had a headache and asked for a head massage at the same time she complains of pain in her left arm and also said mere head mei koi nerve bahut pain kar rahi hai snd soon after that she fainted and froth from her mouth came out.
Immediately she was taken to the hospital admitted and was put on a ventilator on the 10th of February.MRI revealed 33x30x29 mm heamatoma in the thalamic area.
She was weaned off from the ventilator on the 17th. Meanwhile, she was operated on for the drain pipe and the hole was made in the skull.
She has a fever, is still unconscious .general condition grave as the doctor explained. Next surgery is proposed for VP shunt.
