Mesenteric Lymphadenopathy

Mesenteric lymphadenitis is an inflammation of lymph nodes. The lymph nodes that become inflamed are in a membrane that attaches the intestine to the abdominal wall. These lymph nodes are among the hundreds that help your body fight disease.
